Weekly rental prices


High Season: July & August £360 / €470

Mid-Season: June & September,
and Bank Holiday Periods £275 / €360

Low Season/Rest of Year £185 / €240

Prices include a set of linen for the double bed, towels for 2 people, and household linen. (Please bring your own beach towels if required.)
Additional sets of linen are available if required at £10 per set. 

Gas and Electricity are included in the above rates May – October. Outside this period a heating supplement will apply at real cost, based on gas meter readings.

Lets are normally Saturday to Saturday in high season. Alternative start days and Short Breaks are welcome in Low Season, or at short notice at other times if available. Please ask! We are also happy to consider longer lets outside high season.

Terms of rental

A deposit of 25% of the rental is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
We also ask for a refundable deposit of £100 per week, in case of damage, loss or need for extra cleaning.

Payment is normally by Sterling cheque. We are also happy to accept payment in euros, by cheque drawn on a euro bank account. We don't have facilities to take cards.
